Sometimes it’s a request. Sometimes it is saying “I love you.” Sometimes it is telling someone that you’d gossiped about them, but that you regret it. Sometimes it is saying “I am sorry.”
The white lies, the withholds, the real lies, the cheating, the canniving, the gossiping, are killing you and your spirit.
You should start with the easy ones, and start with the hard ones when you have gathered some energy.
But start. It is robbing you of life.
