If you have any inkling that you should have said, could have said, maybe said… you have an undelivered communication.\\<\/p>\n

Sometimes it’s a request. Sometimes it is saying “I love you.” Sometimes it is telling someone that you’d gossiped about them, but that you regret it. Sometimes it is saying “I am sorry.”<\/p>\n

The white lies, the withholds, the real lies, the cheating, the canniving, the gossiping, are killing you and your spirit.<\/p>\n

You should start with the easy ones, and start with the hard ones when you have gathered some energy.<\/p>\n
